i33 communications LLC, a leading interactive marketing services company, is seeking a Project Manager to add to our growing delivery team in New York, NY. The Project Manager’s primary function is day-to-day management of digital/online marketing programs and individual web development projects. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, creating estimates, project scheduling, issue & risk management, managing cross-functional teams and producing high-quality deliverables. This person is accountable for the general success of projects including management of scope, budget, tasks and final delivery within specifications.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Ensures that all documents have been completed, that deliverables are on schedule and within specification and budget for a given project
- Performs cross-functional task management for a given project
- Interfaces with the client to resolve project-related issues; escalates larger project issues and risk as needed for resolution
- Authors & maintains project schedule, project briefs, Statements of Work, user flows, requirements, change control procedures and cost estimates with input from team members as needed
- Tracks and reports financial health of project
- Reports project status on a regular basis to management, project team and client
- Ensures deliverables are complete and of the highest quality possible
Required Skills and Background:
- 4+ years of project management experience at an interactive agency or web development/software development client services environment
- Organizational and team skills for the sake of establishing work activities and schedules for the production of web-based software
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project) for planning, tracking and reporting project status
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Has managed $250k+ projects
- Ability to represent entire team's breadth of work to client
- Ability to manage short and long term projects in fast-paced, agency environment
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams, including creative, technical & functional resources
- Exceptional written and oral communication across multiple teams, levels and companies (clients, partners and i33)
- Ability to identify, plan for, manage and minimize project risk
- Ability to manage detailed tasks with complex interdependencies
- Ability to remain focused on company and client objectives in the face of change and problem resolution
Required Education:
Minimum of bachelor’s degree.
