i33’s Stream of Commerce™ approach is based on a simple premise: Consumers are always in the middle of transacting (i.e., in the middle of a Stream of Commerce™) when they are online.

By transacting, we mean that when consumers are online, they are either researching, registering or buying. Advertising interrupts that transaction stream.

So instead of “advertising,” we look to generate integrated marketing opportunities within transaction streams.

For instance, let's say a company is trying to sell an Internet faxing product. i33 would develop a strategy to reach prospects who are transacting online and may need our clients' fax product.

Job seekers would be a potential target. As job seekers register on job search websites, we would offer them a confidential fax number to use during their job search.

Our goal is to make this offer relevant and make it easy and convenient for job seekers to sign up for the Internet fax product.

That's how we leverage the Stream of Commerce™ to sell products online.
